Frequently asked questions
How does the Early Bird discount work?
The 20% discount is applied automatically at checkout and covers your first payment only — RM 200 for your first month (or RM 2,000 for your first year on annual billing). After that you're billed at the standard RM 250/month rate. The discount can be used once per account. You can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we don't pro-rate the unused part of a billing period after you cancel — your plan simply stays active until that period ends. If you were charged in error, email us within 14 days at superhomes999@gmail.com and we'll review it. See our Terms of Service for the full billing and refund policy.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each ad poster you generate counts as one. Edits, text-only tweaks, and previews don't cost a generation — only the final render does.
Do listings expire?
Listings stay live for as long as your subscription is active. Basic includes up to 10 active listings; Standard is unlimited.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST). SuperHomes is not currently SST-registered; if SST becomes applicable, any tax will be shown separately at checkout. See our Terms of Service for full billing and refund details.

- Pelan Basic adalah percuma (RM 0). Pelan Standard berharga RM 250 sebulan atau RM 2,500 setahun (2 bulan percuma dengan pengebilan tahunan).
- Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik setiap tempoh pengebilan sehingga dibatalkan. Anda boleh membatalkan pada bila-bila masa dari papan pemuka anda; pelan anda kekal aktif sehingga tamat tempoh yang telah dibayar.
- Yuran langganan secara amnya tidak boleh dikembalikan, kecuali apabila diwajibkan di bawah undang-undang Malaysia (termasuk Akta Pelindungan Pengguna 1999).
