SuperHomes exists to connect Malaysian buyers and renters directly with the agent handling the property. No gatekeeping, no reselling of enquiries, and no barrier between you and the person who wants to view your unit.

What you get

Free listings for 18 months

If you are a registered REN agent and complete verification, you can list on SuperHomes at no cost for 18 months. No card is required to start.

Leads that come straight to you

Buyers contact you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not sit in the middle of that conversation, and we do not sell your enquiries on to anyone else.

Verified agent status

We check your REN registration against the official registry, so buyers can see you are a genuinely registered agent.

Control of your own profile

Edit your listings, update your details, or take everything down. It is your profile and you decide what appears on it.

Our commitments to you

These apply whether or not you have claimed your profile.

We never stand between you and a buyer

We do not restrict, charge for, or withhold contact with agents. When someone wants to reach you, they reach you. Our goal is to send you more leads, not to charge admission to them.

Your content remains yours

You retain ownership of your listing content — photographs, descriptions and your professional details. Publishing on SuperHomes transfers nothing to us.

You can ask us to take your profile down

If you would prefer not to appear on SuperHomes, tell us and we will remove your profile and listings. No explanation is needed, there is no charge, and you do not need an account to ask. See our removal and takedown process, or email superhomes999@gmail.com.

We are open about where information comes from

Listing information on SuperHomes is aggregated from publicly available sources and processed before publication. Where it relates to a property you represent, ownership stays with you or the property owner.

When you claim your profile

Claiming is optional. If you do claim, the following applies — and only from the point at which you verify.

  1. The listings on your profile become yours to manage. By applying for and verifying your profile, you confirm that the listings shown on it are yours, and you take responsibility for keeping them accurate and up to date.
  2. You cover us for claims arising from your listings. If a third party brings a claim against SuperHomes because of content you have published or taken ownership of, you agree to indemnify the platform against that claim.

Questions or a removal request

Email superhomes999@gmail.com. If you want your profile removed, say so and we will act on it — you do not need to explain why.
