Agency questions

How much does it cost to register an agency?

Nothing. Registering your agency and inviting your team is free. Each agent keeps their own SuperHomes account and listing plan.

Who can register an agency?

Any agent whose REN, PEA or REA number is verified on SuperHomes. Verify it in your agent dashboard first, then apply with your agency name. Our team reviews every application before it is approved.

How do I add agents to my team?

Once your agency is approved, invite agents by their REN number or the email on their SuperHomes agent profile. They accept the invite from the Agency page in their own dashboard.

Do buyers see my agency?

Yes. Once approved, your agency gets its own public page on SuperHomes showing your agents who have live listings, and those listings. Agents who accept your invite appear on it.

Can I manage my team’s listings?

Yes. Your agency panel shows the live listings of every active member, and you can open any of them to update the details. Each listing still belongs to the agent who posted it.

Who receives the leads from my team’s listings?

Enquiries on a listing go straight to the agent who posted it, and SuperHomes does not charge agents for leads.

What happens if an agent leaves my team?

Agents can leave an agency at any time, and you can remove a member from your agency panel. Their account and listings stay with them.
